Walkway and Shared Use Paths Plan for Aboite Township: This plan was developed to recognize the substantial residential and commercial growth in Aboite Township and its need to connect those using trails and pathways. This plan identified all aspects of trail and path design, construction, feasibility, safety (including signage), and funding. It also accounted for existing utilities, future development, affects to existing public and private landowners, both good and bad. The layout of numerous new trails and pathways was estimated for total length, cost and affect on its surrounding area.
