Bethel/Till/Huguenard Intersection

Upon completion of an engineering study, it was determined that a roundabout type intersection would be an excellent solution for this location. In August of 2010, A&Z was selected to perform Preliminary Engineering, Right-of-Way and Construction Engineering services for the proposed roundabout. The design consists of two 12-foot of asphalt pavement and two 4 to 6-foot paved shoulders that realign Huguenard Road with a new roadway and a roundabout to be located at Bethel Road. Ten Parcels would be required for additional right-of-way to complete the design services. Federal money through the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) funds was utilized for all phases of the project.
