Roadway and intersection improvement project consists of realigning the existing offset intersections of Hand Road and Baird Road with reconstruction of new reverse curves. The new roadway and intersection improvements eliminate unsafe sight distance problems and alleviating hazardous traffic conditions at the intersection. Storm drainage design signs and pavement markings are included in the improvements.
