A&Z Engineering, Martin Riley and Sturtz Public Management Group teamed together on the design and construction work for phase I of this historical Building project. The project consisted of rehabilitation of existing structure, ADA ramps, sidewalk, lighting, pluming, and landscape design. The depot is located in the downtown area, and the Town is planning to team with the same group of consultants to complete phase II and making this depot a passenger station.
