A&Z Engineering, LLC is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an organized and proactive individual who can manage day-to-day office operations while fostering an efficient, collaborative, and positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee office operations, supplies, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
- Project Support: Assist project managers with scheduling, document preparation, and client communication.
- Team Leadership: Set a positive tone, support junior staff, and encourage teamwork.
- Budget Oversight: Track office expenses, manage budgets, and look for cost-saving opportunities.
- HR & Compliance: Coordinate onboarding, support HR, and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in office management
- Experience in civil engineering or similar field and/or business development is preferred.
- Leadership: Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead by example.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project tracking and document management tools is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with our team and clients.
