Mishawaka Avenue in South Bend, IN will receive street improvements between Longfellow and Emerson Avenues. Improvements include a roadway diet in which existing lanes will be redistributed to include protected bike lanes, parking areas, and sidewalks. Decorative street lighting, a raised intersection, and landscaping are additional elements of this project.
