University of St. Francis Pedestrian Facilities

The University of St. Francis will receive approximately 4,500 liner feet of new sidewalk will tie into existing along Lindenwood Ave., Spring St., and Leesburg Rd. Crosswalks at Lindenwood Ave and Spring St. and at John H. Bass Mansion will be upgraded to meet current accessibility standards. New crosswalks will be added to the north entrance to Clare Hall with another one proposed at Leesburg Rd., connecting to the existing crosswalk on the east side of the intersection. Additional elements of this project may include relocation or modification of storm sewers, swales, and utilities.
